Shipping Policy

1. Overview

Sada Yuva Foundation primarily offers digital services, online workshops, and educational programs that do not require physical shipping. However, this Shipping Policy covers the delivery of physical items such as training materials, certificates, merchandise, or other tangible products that may be provided as part of our programs and services.

2. Applicable Items

This shipping policy applies to the following physical items:

  • Physical certificates of completion and participation
  • Printed training manuals and study materials
  • Workshop kits and resource materials
  • Branded merchandise and awareness materials
  • Promotional items distributed during special campaigns
  • Any other physical products offered by the foundation

3. Shipping Coverage and Limitations

3.1 Geographic Coverage

We currently ship physical items within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. Deliveries are made to all serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners.

3.2 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Box addresses (physical address required)
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations as determined by our courier partners
  • International addresses outside India

4. Processing Time

Order processing times vary depending on the type of item:

Digital Certificates

Issued immediately upon program completion (no shipping required)

Physical Certificates

Processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days after program completion

Training Materials & Kits

Shipped 3-5 business days before the workshop or event date

Merchandise & Other Items

Processed within 5-7 business days of order confirmation

Note: Processing times exclude weekends, public holidays, and courier transit time. During peak periods or special events, processing may take longer.

5. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:

Metro Cities

(Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, etc.)

3-5 business days

Tier 2 Cities and State Capitals

5-7 business days

Other Locations

7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, local holidays, or courier workload. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the type and value of items:

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹500 or as specified during promotional campaigns
  • Standard Shipping: ₹50-₹100 for orders below ₹500
  • Certificate Delivery: ₹80 per certificate (if physical copy is requested)
  • Bulk Orders: Custom shipping rates apply; contact us for details

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before final payment. For workshops and events where materials are included, shipping costs may be incorporated into the registration fee.

7. Tracking and Notifications

Once your item is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Email notification with tracking number and courier partner details
  • SMS alert with shipment status (if mobile number is provided)
  • Link to track your shipment online in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date

Please ensure that the email address and mobile number provided during registration are accurate and accessible. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect contact information.

8. Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address including landmark details
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours
  • Valid identification may be required for high-value deliveries
  • In case of absence, the courier partner may leave a delivery notification
  • Rescheduling delivery may be possible through the courier partner

9. Failed Delivery and Return to Origin

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • You will be notified via email of the failed delivery
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • Reshipment will incur additional shipping charges
  • You must confirm the corrected address before reshipment

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

10.1 Damaged Items

If you receive damaged items, please do not accept the delivery and inform the courier representative immediately. If you have already accepted the package, please:

  • Photograph the damaged package and contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@sadayuvafoundation.org
  • Provide order number, tracking details, and photos
  • Keep the damaged package and contents for inspection if required

We will arrange for replacement or provide appropriate resolution after verification.

10.2 Lost Shipments

If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please verify with family members, neighbors, or building security. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days with your order and tracking details. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

11. Address Changes

Address changes can be made before the item is dispatched. Once shipped, address modifications may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery address. We will make our best efforts to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee success once the package is in transit.

12. Digital Alternatives

To minimize shipping requirements and support environmental sustainability, we encourage participants to opt for digital versions where available:

  • Digital certificates (downloadable PDF format)
  • Electronic training materials and resources
  • Online access to course content

Digital alternatives are provided free of charge and are available immediately upon completion of programs.

13. Bulk Orders and Special Requests

For bulk orders (10+ items) or special delivery requirements, please contact us in advance. We can arrange:

  • Customized shipping solutions
  • Expedited delivery at additional cost
  • Single consolidated shipment for organizations
  • Delivery to multiple locations

14. Liability Limitations

Sada Yuva Foundation is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier services, customs, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the recipient
  • Failure to receive delivery due to recipient unavailability
  • Theft after successful delivery confirmation
  • Actions or omissions of third-party courier partners beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy applicable at the time of your order placement will govern your shipment.
